Estimated Time of Arrival

Our delivery partner for consignments dispatched from our own warehouse is Interlink Express. They have a new service "Predict" that gives them the oportunity to advise you of a one hour window of the estimated time of arrival. They can either email or text you with a one hour window of when the delivery driver will be in your locality.

If you provide a mobile phone number on your order form we will request the delivery company to text you with the notification, if you don't provide a mobile number we will request an Email notification.

PLEASE NOTE:
The notification service is for orders despatched from our own warehouse. Occassionally we may request a supplier to despatch directly to you in which case you would not receive the Estimated Delivery Time Notification.

Delivery Schedule and Pricing

Dispatch

All orders are despatched by Parcel Carrier Next Working Day Service and the following is published as a guide to normal despatch time scales for in stock items but orders may take longer to process at peak times. Please allow up to three working days. If you require an item urgently or delivery on a specific day please contact our sales team who will accommodate you where possible.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday AM despatched the same day.

Orders placed Monday - Wednesday PM despatched the next day.

Orders placed Thursday PM - Sunday despatched the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays when Tuesday.

We use a parcel carrier service and a signature will be required upon delivery. The standard service could be delivered any time during the day. Timed services are available at extra cost, please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Due to increased Credit Card Fraud, to protect both our legitimet customers and ourselves we only accept on-line orders where the Invoice, Delivery and Card Registered Addresses are the same. If you require delivery to a different address please place your order by phone.

HANDLING CHARGES - England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands

Orders with a value below £100 will be subject to our standard handling charge of £10. Orders with a value of £100.00 or more will be sent with no handling charge.

HANDLING CHARGES - N.I., I.O.W., I.O.M. & Scottish Highlands/Islands

Due to increased costs in despatching goods to these areas we unfortunately have to charge a higher handling fee details of which are as follows:

Isle of Wight

Orders with a value below £100 - Handling Charge £16.88
Orders with a value above £100 - Handling Charge £6.88

Isle of Man

Orders with a value below £100 - Handling Charge £25.81
Orders with a value above £100 - Handling Charge £15.81

Scottish Highlands

Orders with a value below £100 - Handling Charge £15.00
Orders with a value above £100 - Handling Charge £5.00

Scottish Islands
